why did OURY JALLOH die?
On January 7, 2005 an asylum seeker from Sierra Leone was killed in police custody by burning to death in his cell in a German Police station. The lawyers of the family question the official version that Oury Jalloh committed suicide. Pagonis Pagonakis and publicnomad are investigating the case for WDR "Die Story".
The film collects evidence, talks to witnesses in Dessau and joins a fried of Oury Jalloh to Africa, meeting the mother, family and friends of the victim.
